Josiah is an amazing proactive realtor who goes above and beyond to help the seller from staging to the closing everything went very smoothly, and he made my life very simple. I can’t thank him enough of all his help! I had a house on the market for almost 3 months with a different realtor and it wasn’t selling but as soon as I switched the relator to Josiah, we had multiple offers above asking price and the house went under contract in less than a week.
